This spacious living area features a living room, dining room and kitchen. It opens onto a sea-side balcony-terrace, perfect for admiring sunrises and sunsets. A very large fireplace invites you to gather by the fire in the evening.

Access to the house is via a manual gate and a small driveway shared with another house.
It is possible to park in front of the house only for unloading luggage and shopping, but it is not possible to park in the driveway.
