Quarto sem janela
Ao chegar ficamos decepcionados com o quarto que nos foi oferecido, pois o mesmo não tinha janela, só uma claraboia no teto (com goteira) e dois alçapões com vista para o quarto, tirando nossa privacidade e reservei um quarto superior com vista para a montanha. A princípio houve resistência na troca informando que os quartos oferecidos eram sujeitos a alterações conforme a disponibilidade, e ofereceram uma troca com up grade, solicitando uma diferença de valor, insisti que havia reservado o quarto com valor superior por conta da vista, depois de falar com o gerente, conseguimos o quarto condizente com a reserva. Depois disso a estadia transcorreu sem problemas.

Pousada confortável. Localização um pouco afastada do centro, precisa usar o carro para as atrações. Mas, pelo conforto que oferece, voltaríamos com certeza! Sem problemas de mofo que às vezes encontramos pela cidade.

Estadia maravilhosa!
Estadia maravilhosa! A pousada está localizado próximo ao centro histórico da cidade, porém, é recomendável ir de carro (andando é aproximadamente 40 minutos). Os colaboradores da pousada são muito educados e solicitos. O café da manhã possui muitas variedades. Também oferecem chá da tarde, um diferencial muito interessante! A pousada também possui piscina aquecida e sauna. Recomendo a pousada Sinhá Olímpia!
