This hotel provides an affordable and safe option for us travelling along I-15 instead of over-priced locations in Las Vegas. Friendly staff, great hot breakfast, clean, and convenient. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff and fantastic breakfast (yum, fresh made french toast). The building has older fixtures (eg: tub, etc) but in good repair and the whole building was extremely clean. The building, staff and other guests all contributed to a safe and relaxing stay. Great value. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

A very spacious room, including a sofa and table as well as the bad, spotless and nicely presented. If for some reason you're in town for a few nights, it would be a nice place to hang out. Breakfast was self-service, nothing fancy but a good range of items and very convenient. The air conditioning units are rather noisy (you can turn off your own unit at night, but you can't do anything about the room next door!) so bring earplugs if that bothers you. Easy check-in and friendly front desk staff. Overall a pleasant visit.

Great old school type of hotel. Simple, clean. Great pool and service. It's nothing fancy, but it was just perfect for our needs. We swam for hours in their pool. Staff went up and beyond and was very helpful. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

The AC was broken the room was dirty the pool has very limited hours (11am - 9pm) check out time 10am. The pictures are very misleading and don’t expect to have wi-fi that will work.

This property is nice for the most part. There isn't an elevator so it's hard to stay on the 2nd floor suite, which is what I paid for. We chose to take a lesser room so we didn't have to take everything up the stairs. The TV is way too low to watch comfortably from the bed. Breakfast was good and the pool was nice.

A Good Place to Stay if you are Visiting This Area
We chose this hotel because we wanted to be outside of Las Vegas and drive along the Colorado River, staying in a convenient location along our trip. We came to Overton from Lehman Caves (in the Great Basin NP), and the trip was shorter than I expected...in other words, we could have skipped this hotel and gone on to Boulder City instead. As a hotel, it was fine. We ate at the Mexican restaurant across the street, which had good food at good prices. Being mid-July, the location/area was quite hot, but we were comfortable in the room.

Old, outdated and you hear everything around you
The outside of the building is very deceiving. The inside is old and outdated. All the furnishings really are not comfortable and you can hear every world spoken and feel and hear every move made by your neighbors around you. We left within a couple hours or arriving.

Best stay on my trip
Very happy with my stay at North Shore Inn! This was my last stay on a 5 day trip, and probably the best one. The place was a bit outdated but I think that gives it some charm. Pool and hot tub were lovely, and we had it all to ourselves! Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place!

Affordable with attractive amenities
In a great location with friendly staff. It seems to be an older building with a slightly musty smell, it’s not spotless but mostly Very clean. I stay in hotels so often I was pretty impressed with the price point and amenities. Although it’s probably more expensive in the fall and winter. Solid continental breakfast with a few warmed items. The pool area was the best part!

We stayed only one night. Free Breakfast is not good. Coffee is not good. I thought coffee is one thing you can’t make it wrong since you just brew it but it’s a blah. The room is outdated and some stain on the carpet but I guess it comes with the price you pay but still a bit expensive though. I’ve been to another country Asia and Europe, the free breakfast are amazing. Here in America is too expensive and free breakfast is sucks. It’s not like before. Maybe I was spoiled in another country. For 1 night stayed is ok because there’s nothing there.
