Electricity kept going off and on, I was even left in the lift on two different times because the electricity went off
The food options were limited and mist thinjs on the menu were unavailable. However, the hotel's new management has done alot of improvements. Will stsy there again my next tripto Owerri

Much fluff and very little stuff. Lost water supply for long periods during the stay and management had no plan to accommodate guests. Power supply was erratic. Hotel lacks any specific plans or accommodations for business travelers. General feeling is that they want four-staff shop on the cheap.
Poor start but was resolved, nice hotel with good facilities, some amazing staff (chi here from marketing department) good location, could do more on treating their rooms again cockroaches. However, I enjoyed my stay, though it was short.
The staff were the best. The management was very considerate. I missed my domestic flight due to delays in my international flight but the management agreed to change my date at no extra cost, so I did not lose my reservation or my payment. That was just amazing. Thanks so much. I truly appreciate.
Very nice accommodations but some staff were not Knowledgeable of items provided. No towels in room on check in over an hour wait to receive. Room service not knowing what’s available on their menu...took 3 days to get some ice... frustrating
