My partner and I celebrated our one year anniversary at JW Marriott!! I wanted everything to be perfect and Marla, Ryan, and Kevin really exceeded my expectations and made this such a memorable trip for the best of us! I would highly recommend this hotel and I want to thank the staff again for helping me make this vacation one to remember! The only thing I’d suggest is renting a car so you can explore more and try different restaurants because Taxis are expensive from the hotel!

My family and I just returned from our week stay at the Marriot. The hotel is gorgeous, clean, the staff is so friendly. They're very generous with toiletries. The pool area is stunning & I rate the rooms 9 out of 10! The island is tiny, rent a car and discover the entire island. The hotel doesnt have a nice beach, but we discovered the island has the most gorgeous beaches you'll ever see and nothing is further than a 30 min drive. This hotel has 2 restaurants and you can also eat from the outside bar by the pool. Id definitely come back to the Marriott!!

The Concierge, Marla, was outstanding. She made our trip easy and more pleasant. The pool manager was accommodating and friendly. All staff were friendly and engaging Although a bit off the main road, it’s a slice of paradise. Taxis are readily available. Pool area was relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed the spa services. Would definitely come back.

The property is as very nice but the beach was disappointing. The pool was spacious and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was so much seaweed in the water on the beach and the water was rough. The room was very spacious, modern and clean. But being on the balcony the seaweed stench was overwhelming.

The staff was tremendous and the resort beautiful. The beach was unfortunately not great as a result of Mother Nature. Otherwise the resort itself was amazing. The food was good but way over priced. A 5 to 7 dollar adjustment would make a huge difference.

The property itself was wonderful. They were having issues with water supply due to the generators, no A/C. We had to switch hotels the next morning after arriving. The beach had a lot of seaweed and not very big. Staff was wonderful

This property is clean…. staff is extremely nice, and helpful. Taxis are available when you need them. The pool and pool bar were wonderful. The pool grill was ok, there could have been other options… but no big deal. The only negative O have is the beach. The area needs to be tended to… it’s very rocky in the water… lots of seaweed, and no one was utilizing the beach…. Again the beach needs work, but overall, I would return to this property.

"It is a nice hotel that is currently being remodeled. The rooms were luxurious and thoughtfully designed. The food and service were excellent. Refrain from believing the bad reviews; this hotel is worth the stay. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our daughter's birthday trip exceptional. The hotel gym is excellent. The beach can be a little rough compared to the other beaches on the island, but the pool and swim-up bar are good. I recommend renting a car and exploring the island.

The premises was relatively new and clean however, there were four things wrong with this property, including the fact that the manager denied there was an extensive power outage. It’s in a very inconvenient area, where you have to travel the half an hour and either direction to do anything by cab, The beach was filled with Sea weed making the water unswimmable, There were ants in the room when my wife opened the milk to the coffee. But mostly there Was an extensive power outage, which they denied They claimed it was for one to two minutes when in fact, it was extensive . I had called Expedia to report it after 20 minutes and Expedia was very helpful and called the hotel and the phone lines were down. Despite that the next day, when I attempted to get an adjustment, the hotel refused to credit me anything and denied to Expedia my claim that the outage was one to two minutes. Clearly it was not as it took about five minutes to get through to Expedia and no one would call after 1 to 2 minutes. Obviously, this Marriott does not know how to treat its customers and permanently lost my business as a result. However, Expedia once again came through and is an exceptional company that values its customers
