We had stayed at this hotel before but were surprised by several little details that are being overlooked. The heating in our room didn't work, and when I called to report it they said someone would come to fix it, but it never happened (the room was quite cold, it is one of the coldest cities in Mexico!). The lamp and wall socket in the nightstand didn't work. The towels were frayed on the edges. The TV in our room kept turning on in the middle of the night, we had to unplug it to be able to sleep. The carpet in the hallways was quite dirty. The restaurant couldn't accommodate us at 8:30am on Saturday morning because it was reserved for a sports team, as if we weren't also guests in the hotel. We had to find out somewhere else to have breakfast that morning. In general, the staff was curteous and kind.

Victor the gentleman at the front desk was very professional, made our check in fabulous. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with our room the first night.! Victor changed us to another room the following day and that one was good. Moises was excellent!!! He made sure we had everything we needed in our second room for the following 2 nights.

The hotel was very nice and clean the staff was very friendly as for the location it was ok however it was a bit dangerous trying to cross the street and there was not many places to eat outside of the hotel other then a shopping mall.
