Victor the gentleman at the front desk was very professional, made our check in fabulous. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with our room the first night.! Victor changed us to another room the following day and that one was good. Moises was excellent!!! He made sure we had everything we needed in our second room for the following 2 nights.

The hotel was very nice and clean the staff was very friendly as for the location it was ok however it was a bit dangerous trying to cross the street and there was not many places to eat outside of the hotel other then a shopping mall.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff made sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel is centrally located, well equipped and worth every penny! Would stay here again on my next trip!!

Not a good experience
i have travel 1000's of times and this hotel ranks one of the worst i ever stayed at, stayed in three different rooms with two rooms the AC did not work. bathroom is well outdated and needs updated, front desk service was good, restaurant was a rating of 5 at best, no ice machine. What else can I say.
