First stay on Thursday, Hotel was very clean. Room/bed comfortable. However, took shower a long time to heat up. Second stay on the following Monday, shower better, but front desk customer service very poor. Couldn’t or wouldn’t print me a receipt. Kept complaining about breakfast person was a no show.

Beautiful property, wonderful stay… grumpy and overwhelmed staff…. I believe the manager is just over loaded due to staffingvshortages or restrictions. I waited one hour prior to checking in at 3PM with nobody speaking to me, not wanting to speak to me… I had forgotten me time change after driving 14, hours... The hotel breakfast cook did not show so breakfast was a scramble and huffy.. But it was provided. This is a great property but needs help with staffing and customer service

My room was mostly clean but I did find a couple of trash items on the floor (a tissue and a plastic fork). The bed was clean and comfortable. There was virtually no toilet paper and I had to ask for towels. The front desk staff were accommodating but not overly friendly.

Overall our stay was very good. Beds were comfy, and everything was clean and in great condition! The only downside was the hot tub was broke, and they had the pool turned up so warm and the room so hot it was like a huge hot tub rather than a pool. I'm sure this was to accommodate since the hot tub was out of service. But the kids really would have enjoyed our 4 nights with a pool they could enjoy forore than 15 minutes.

Dog poop at front door in the bush , a lady slipped and fell on a rainy floor at the front door , lady standing at desk never said a word we helped her up , she needless to say left without getting a room . That set the mood for what I thought about this hotel . One stay and we won’t be back , would have left then had we not pd and it was none refundable. Also they charge you 3.99 on top of the high rates for what the rooms are for ELECTRICITY! Come on now !
