I don’t usually leave a bad review, but… Immediately, after check-in when we went into our room one of us went to use the toilet and it was backed up. We called the front desk and a plunger was dropped off to us. Staff did not attempt to remedy the problem at all. We thought the problem may have been fixed but upn return after dinner the toilet was still clogged. We called the front desk and was told that we would just have to deal with it because the hotel was full and maintenance couldn’t be called out to fix it. I find that to be terrible customer service, with their ”oh well” attitude with us having to stay in a hotel room with no working restroom. As if that wasn’t enough, in the morning when we went to have breakfast the worker basically ran us from the room and accused us of “unlocking” the door to the breakfast area. The door was open and obviously we wouldn’t have had a key anyway. She then came to the front desk asking the clerk if the door was locked. WTH?? We may have been a couple minutes early but her entire attitude was deplorable and to top it off it was approx 2 minutes and she opened the door obviously indicating breakfast was ready. I’m not sure if what she was displaying was a “power trip” but she made a complete fool of herself and lost customers for that hotel in the process. I will NEVER go back there!! Management needs to get a handle on their staff. I’m sure we’re not the only ones that have experienced these type problems.
