Room stank! Linen were thin, bedding looked frumpy old & dingy. Tried to change pet fee & smoking fee when reservation was made for non- smoking, no pets ! Children of workers spaying halls, sitting on old dirty hall carpet.

At first they gave is a room which stinks like toilet. None of the amenities worked. The lobby has really bad smell. Most importantly they don’t have elevator!!!

The restaurant at the hotel is the best part of the facility. Food and service were wonderful. While the staff At the hotel side was not rude, they weren’t that helpful either. The water was disconnected for repairs without any notification to the clients. There was nothing saying that there was not an elevator. But when we got there, there was nothing but stairs and I had to climb the stairs with bad knees was off for a short time, but when it was on again, it didn’t work well. The toilets didn’t flush Appropriately. The shower barely worked, and the pipes were really loud. The bed was uncomfortable.

The property was in a great location and the views were incredible of the Lake Powell area. The hotel seemed to need some TLC. The restaurant was open but had a limited menu. The lounge area was not open, hence no alcoholic beverages.

Our stay here was disappointing. The hotel room appeared to be clean, but was in desperate need of repair and updating. A few examples: - The sliding door to the patio did not close all the way. It locked, but had about an inch gap. We were on the ground floor, so we were worried about bugs, scorpions etc entering the room - The was an inch cap between the bottom of the front door and the floor which resulted in a beam of light filtering into the room all night. - The shower took about 20 mins to get lukewarm water Don't be fooled by the pictures, this motel is not as nice as it looks.

There is a reason why it's cheaper
Budget friendly but absolutely no frills. Hotel is quite run down and check in was lacklustre at best. Thinnest towels and toilet paper ever but at least the bed was comfortable. Nice balcony but railing moved when you touched it.

Dog friendly stay.
Friendly check-in and only a $20 fee for a dog. Restaurant had good food but free breakfast was out of a number of things by 8:00. Bed was very comfortable and lots of room for the dog.
