When I first arrived and went to the desk, no one was there. It said to use the kiosk, but the kiosk wasn't working. About ten minutes later someone came & I was able to get keys for my room. The room was quite large, but it was downstairs (no elevator) & it was tough for my mom due to knee issues. I had requested a ground level room, which I was given, but it was in the lower level which wasn't easy to access.
The beds were comfortable & the linens were clean. We were given soap, shampoo, conditioner & lotion. The bathroom sink was missing the stopper, which could be a problem if something were dropped in there.
The continental breakfast was extremely sparse. My mom was surprised about the lack of meat. There were watered-down eggs, French fries, cold cereal, apples, yogurt, juice, a Belgian waffle maker, bread & some muffins. The apples & yogurt both had signs saying only to take one. It was a good-sized dining room for such a basic breakfast.
It was overall just OK.
