We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for our trip to Antelope Canyon and arrived at 9 pm check in. We asked for 2nd floor rooms and was told the whole 2nd floor is undergoing deep cleaning so only the 1st floors are available. When we entered our rooms, it was not just dirty but totally FILTHY and very unsanitary. The furnitures are old and stained, the worst part is the bathroom. None of us can take a shower, it is dirty, the toilet paper holder is broken, the towels that should have been white are brownish in color. We did not sleep at all because we felt itchy the whole night. We ended up calling Expedia and cancelled our 2nd night. If we checked in earlier we could have cancelled but it was late so we settled in that night. It was a horrible experience and we couldn’t wait to check out the next morning. The hotel should be CLOSED and need total upgrade if they want to stay in business. I would never book again in this hotel and Expedia should take this off their list.

Handed over key but while opening the room found room was not cleaned . Room was changed . 2nd night room was not opening by key . Complained to office again did the coding to make the key active . Wash room is below the standard.

An older facility in the small downtown area. Close to the few restaurants. The room floors were kind of dirty, towels were also dingy. We didn't need the pool but it was closed. All in all a 2-3 star place.

The room was updated and clean except I think they forgot to complete the bathroom. The wall were crack filled but not sanded and painted. (Minor detail). The price was reasonable. The area was well lit. The continental breakfast was a little skimpy. Need a waffle machine. Or something hot.

Extremely dirty towels. Plus, this property is a motel and not exactly a hotel. Didn't like it. Booked looking at wyndham's name however the property is not upto the mark.

Breakfast is terrible....breads are stale, fruits are rotten and coffee is so watered down. I had to eat at nearby restaurants/fastfoods for fear of getting sick with their included continental breakfast. I guess you get what you paid for. I wished I had got a more expensive hotel for my 4 nights accommodation

Budget friendly/ok but AC Unit extra loud and full
Super loud outdoor bar music could clearly be heard in our room until it closed at 1 or 2 a.m.! And we were on side of property farthest from it! Stayed across the street last year at the other hotel and had no noise isues at all. While i liked the nice exte ded size of the room, the bathroom shower and window above clearly had aged caluking and mold!!! Ants around sink. Breakfast was decent, many options but also not near as good as across the street. The worst was the room AC unit was clearly having issies with extra loud running noises. I barely slept that night, ruined half my vacation as i tried to get back that night of missed sleep!

You get what you pay for..next time will pay more. I don’t need a $250 a night room But I do want a chair that is clean to sit in, Carpet that doesn’t stick to my feet and individual soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. The best part of staying here the breakfast bar with good coffee and juice, hard aboiled eggs and toast
