This beautiful, clean, newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 6. It comes with a gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and a serene and peaceful covered patio. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, the grocery store, Walmart and more! A short 5-minute drive to downtown Pagosa Springs and its famous hot springs.

We do allow small dogs, (some exceptions for larger dogs, please inquire), preferably non shedding, hypoallergenic. There is a flat fee of $50. There will be additional fees for excessive hair removal or any damage done. Please be mindful to clean up after your dog inside and out. No wet dogs allowed inside. No pets allowed on furniture, including beds. If you know your dog is a barker we will not be able to host you! We love animals and really aim to keep our condo very clean and our neighbors happy!

Love this place. Super quiet neighborhood. Great location. Would stay there again. A+. Just be sure and bring some kind of streaming device for smart TV if you want any local news and weather. Thanks for such an awesome place!

Amazing low-key getaway
My husband and I had never been to Pagosa Springs, but it was recommended to us a few years ago. We decided this year that we wanted to take several weeks, since we work remotely, to spend a few weeks in a new place where we could work during the week and ski on the weekends. This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. It is close to everything you need, clean, and a wonderful amount of space. It was an end unit, so it was also perfectly quiet during the day and night. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time there . We would 100% recommend and hope to be back soon.

Beautiful and comfortable
This condo is beautiful, just as the pictures show. It was very comfortable for our family of 5. The beds were comfy, the living room and dining area had plenty of room. We cooked in the kitchen for most of our meals and had just about every utensil we needed. Walmart is nearby and is where we grabbed groceries when we arrived. Communication with the hostess was easy over text.

Wonderful Condo in Pagoda
We stayed in the condo a month and had a great time. The condo was really cute, clean, had everything we needed and the location was wonderful with restaurants, coffee shop and grocery store in walking distance. Also there were really great walking paths nearby. We really appreciated that everything was as advertised on this site. Communication with the owners was a breeze. Couldn't have been better!

Cozy Home
An Absolutely beautiful home in uptown Pagosa Springs. So easy to get to everything. Our stay was excellent. Owner was quick to respond if we needed anything or had questions. Kitchen was full stocked and with the basics. Very clean and beautifully updated! Great neighborhood and felt very safe. The roads were cleared daily when it snowed, even in our parking lot. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Pagosa Springs! Thanks Lance & Melissa

This condo was very comfortable and clean. However one of the amenities I searched for was a working fireplace, wood burning or electric. The fireplace did not work - I think the batteries were out on the remote control. So I did not get to enjoy the ambiance of a warm fire after being in the snow. I was very disappointed in that.
