It is also conveniently located as a three-minute drive from essentials such as the grocery store, gas station, and much more. When you are ready to explore beyond, downtown Pagosa is only an 8-minute drive away with hot springs, restaurants, shopping, rafting/tubing and other activities are at your fingertips.

This mountain haven sleeps up to 8 people and offers everything you need to enjoy your time in Pagosa Paradise. It is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, suitable for families and adults who want a peaceful, quiet getaway. Noise & light ordinances are implemented by the county & HOA with fines for excess noise &/or leaving exterior lights on during the daytime or after 10:30 PM. Quiet hours are 10 pm-8 am.

Home Layout:
As you enter through the front door the main living area is directly in front of you and the primary bedroom, bathroom and laundry are to your left. The main living area is spacious with plenty of seating, a cozy fireplace, large dining room table, fully appointed kitchen and wall-to-wall windows that overlook the deck and large greenbelt area. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a queen size bed, ample storage space and has its own entrance to the first floor bathroom. Upstairs you will find the second full bathroom and two additional bedrooms, one with a second queen size bed, the other with two twins.
