For the moment we booked in to the moment we left I cannot fault a thing. All staff from reception to housekeeping you could not fault them. They were very helpful when I explained that I needed a walk in shower and moved us the very next day. Every member of staff would greet us in a warm and friendly way. We had a very relaxed week at the hotel and the food was 1st class with amazing waitresses and waiters. Great atmosphere for what we wanted from our holiday. Thank you all so very much.

We had a brilliant stay at the Redcliffe Hotel, the room was very comfortable, even thou we didn’t ask for a sea view or balcony we got both. The staff was helpful and polite and we did enjoy our morning swim and steam room, we will definitely be coming back

Good stay at a favourite hotel in Paignton
This is one of my favourite hotels anywhere. The staff are friendly and effecient, the rooms comfortable and clean/ The restaurant is very nice and spacious and, alhough there were reduced menus there was a different choice each day. There was a choice of starters, always including a different soup (excellent) and a choice of mains, always including a choice of two types of meat, always a fish dish and always a vegie dish. Overall I though the food was very good and well presented and the service efficient and polite. I have been to this hotel many times. I like it because it is in a very good location, right alongside the sea, not far into the town and the pier and there is a large carpark. To me, this hotel has a aura of faded grandeur which I think is charming. I notice there is an application pending for 'improvements' I do hope that the charm of the hotel will be lost if the application goes through.

Ggreat seafront location close to pier, town centre and other facilities. Very efficient and friendly staff. Choice and quality of food very good. Would prefer to have a choice of two or three courses for dinner rather than three courses. Some common areas needed cleaning particularly around the edges. All that said I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted a comfortable convenient and pleasant stay in the South Devon area.

Facilities were very good. The receptionist that ran the Zumba classes should be complimented on her infectious enthusiasm. Loved having the pool and hot tub to ourselves for the week which was an unexpected bonus. Would definitely visit again Thanks to all the team

This was our second visit to the hotel and the staff were as welcoming as the first time. Staff in every area were always polite, efficient and happy to have a good chat with you. We were pleased to have a partial view of the seafront( room 108) as our previous stay was room 18 next to the pool. Hopefully when we come again we will be lucky with a sea view.
