Not really certain why, but we were given an “accessible” room. Looking at my reservation we reserved a “Deluxe King.” I was told by reception that our assignment to that room was random, but in the UK they do have an over abundance of accessible rooms.

Shocked to discover that it cost 15 pounds a day to park in the parking lot of this hotel, which I was paying to stay at—we had no idea about this hidden charge and had no alternative except to pay it. Also, our room contained both a bible and the Book of Mormon—bizarre.

Kept awake all night by what we thought was water problem - realised in morning there was an air conditioning problem. Wished we’d just driven from Carlisle for flight as hardly any sleep at all!! £15 car parking was another surprise !!!!!!
