Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 10 al 24 agosto in vacanza di coppia. La struttura è in una posizione molto tranquilla dell’isola e questo ci ha permesso di fare una vacanza rilassante, inoltre è un punto ventilato e quindi c’è un clima molto più gradevole rispetto ad altri punti dell’ isola. La struttura è organizzata e molto pulita, lo staff è stato molto efficiente sopratutto Gerardo e Maite che hanno dimostrato professionalità ma anche gentilezza. La camera vista mare come la struttura è stata tenuta sempre molto pulita. Le 4 stelle di valutazione sono per la mancanza di acqua a cena per la mezza pensione e per lo scarso intrattenimento serale, ma questo è un gusto personale. Nel complesso una bellissima vacanza, ci torneremo

There is a lovely beach within walking view of the property. The staff were friendly. The hotel was beautifully presented. It was in a quiet location. The entertainment was good.

Excellent hotel and facilities. Bit of a walk (sloping with few steps) to beach and bear in mind one has to pay for the sunbeds/umbrella on the beach.

Hotel was very big lots of walking to do so when you are not told everything at reception you have to walk around to find out things like where to get pool towels and entertainment available as these things are it clear on arrival more info for guests needed.

Great location with direct access to the beautiful Jandia beach. Some parts of the structure are a bit outdated but they are doing a great job in refurbishing and keeping everything extra clean and pristine. The rooms are very new and equipped with everything. The buffet could use some improvement but I am Italian and worked in the hospitality industry ;). The only negative thing was a person at the reception who greeted us with a bad attitude the very first day, but I really hope she was a new hired and still learning the profession.

Excellent, genuine 4 star resort. Outside terrace on top (5) floor overlooking resort and sea. Excellent restaurant on fourth floor - quality food, with daily changes, on a seven day rota. All food hot and fresh. Cava, omelettes, fresh fruit starts off each day to a T. Lots of loungers by pool. Spacious pool, if a little chilly in March! Towels can be changed daily. Nice indoor pool and spa / treatment zone, with gym. Spacious bedrooms with bath, shower and daily toiletries. Comfortable balcony / terrace leading from bedroom. Safety deposit box in room for daily hire. TV with BBC World. Take a look at the family of turtles on floor 1 - so cute! Excellent holiday at a great resort. Would highly recommend

Really enjoyed this adults only hotel. No boom-boom-boom disco music on all day which is a relief. Really good service and relaxed vibe. Food was good. The animations directors, Max and Simona, were very good.

Peaceful and relaxing break
Fantastic hotel and the junior suite was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. Couple of minor issues, the beach could probably do with some improved signage around nudism and you have to pay a deposit for towels which is unusual. Other than that, absolutely superb. Very quiet when we went (December) but that suited us perfectly. Food was excellent although I’m not sure why we didn’t get coffee and water replenished in the room. Overall, brilliant stay though
