Modern Villa with private pool , 7 minutes walk to the beaches.

This modern house is situated on a quiet one way street. Set in a private garden with pool and barbeque terrace it has four bedrooms, one double with en suite bathroom on the ground floor and ,on the first floor a double bedroom with it's own balcony a further 2 twin bedded room also on this floor. Large sliding glass doors from the sitting/dining room open on to the terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a small laundry room attached. Upstairs is a sitting area with TV/Video/DVD On the second floor there is a spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace giving views to the sea and surrounding countryside.
Make yourself comfortable in this villa, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television along with a DVD player are provided for your entertainment.

Maison idéale ado
Maison très bien, située proche du centre-ville et de la plage. Mais attention ça montait. Ça descend. Le jardin est agréable ainsi que la piscine.
