1, PARKING: it's an apartment in a triplex house, a spacious front parking lot, enough for everyone.

2, AIR: the central AC set 70F; an ionic airfilter kills covid and promises safe air; a tower fan helps the airflow

3, NOISE: located in residential & commercial zone, safe and fun; although next to Route 1, the sleeping area is away from street noise.

4, TV & INTERNET: With firestick, please use your own streaming accounts. Spectrum 200mbps high-speed wifi and Ethernet plug available. 

5, SLEEPING AREA: queen bed

6, KITCHENETTE: An efficiency kitchenette. We encourage our guests to enjoy many surrounding restaurants. (Microwave, Coffeemaker, mini  refrigerator only)

7, TOWELS: We use DISPOSABLE pillowcases and 2 shower towels (15"×32") for better hygiene. Do bring your own if they are very important for your comfort.

8, NON-SMOKING: absolutely! smoke outside if you have to, and leave only cigarette butts in the outdoor ash tray (a reclaimed 5 gallon paint basket, not for regular trash, please)

9, Non Flushable Items: Don't flush them! $200/hour+$200 rush fees are commonly charged in the east space coast by professional plumber, which we have to demand reimbursement if clog happens."

10, FURNITURE, FLOORS, and WINDOW:
a. 14" high metal bed frame, mattress is hybrid memory foam & springs. 2 jumbo pillows.
b. All other pieces are repurposed office or patio furniture, some homemade.
c. floor is painted concrete, no tiles. wear shoes inside because it could be dusty.
d. windows are tint, foggy, and sprayed with images to filter brutal sunlight and also preserve privacy.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned apartment.
