Inside, you can prepare meals in the kitchen using stainless steel appliances (including double ovens) and spend your evenings watching TV by the gas fireplace. Come bedtime, the master suite features a king-size bed, while the second and third bedrooms have a king-size bed and a queen-size Murphy bed, respectively. The fourth bedroom has its own separate entrance from the backyard, offering a king-size bed and an attached bath.

You'll be just over half a mile south of El Paseo - a famous stretch of downtown celebrated for its wonderful restaurants, shops, and art galleries. When you're not out dining or shopping, you can tee off at the countless championship golf courses nearby (the semi-private Shadow Mountain Golf Club is half a mile east), take in a match at the annual BNP Paribas Open (five miles east), or visit the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens (two miles southeast).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
