Absolute joy staying here
I think this is our 5th+ night stay at this Best Western Plus. It's our favorite place to stay when visiting Palm Springs. It's close to everything, clean, quiet, ample parking, and fast-food within walking distance. Staff is friendly and seems to genuinely care about maintaining the property and making guests happy. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. Everything works- lighting, TV, WiFi, bathroom fixtures, etc. Absolute joy to stay here!

Breakfast could have been better. Very limited options. We stayed for 3 nights and requested the room to be cleaned only once. The housekeeping staff missed that too :(. But the evening manager was very kind and provided us with necessary linen and towels, emptied the garbage cans as well. We were told that we would get compensated for this inconvenience which we haven't seen in our bills yet. The staff at our checkout wasn't very helpful. She just rushed us and while talking to another customer she said she will email us the invoice. Its been more than 24 hours and we haven't seen the invoice. Hope someone will update us on the above-mentioned comments. Overall its a good place to stay.

The staff were incredibly accommodating to our needs. We initially booked for a whole week there but ended up canceling some days and rebooking other days. They were patient when changing our bookings. The area was well maintained and clean! The breakfasts were always refilled with food and the staff were always seen cleaning up and checking in on the area. The coffee/hot drinks machine was always available to us, even at night.
