Great Location, Terrible Hotel
$400+ suite felt like a small, basic room. Then had tons of issues after we checked in: Door handle was loose on front door. Door latch and handle on back sliding door were both broken. TV did not have a remote. Bedding on sofa bed was dirty, so we tried to call to order new bedding but neither phones in the room worked. Finally got one to work. Shower head was loose and coming off. Paid $30 for parking but garage did not have any spots; waited for nearly 30 minutes, then finally parked under a leaking pipe. Just a terrible experience.

Lovely but could be better
I have always loved staying at this hotel. Great location, easy access to all the center activities and places. It had everything going for it before, but since the last time I stayed at this hotel, well, a lot has changed. It has lost its pizazz No valet. Hotel parking is in back of the hotel in underground area and don't feel safe as anyone can come off the street - it would be good if they had a key card to open and close a gate if no valet. Bar is open until 9 PM, food choices could be better, staff very pleasant and friendly and eager to help. Clean, but a very cold hotel. The room temperature is thermostat set controlled by the hotel and it won't go over or under a certain degree so you are out of luck if your body can't handle. Decor and cosmetic is still good.

This was the perfect location with restaurants, shopping and recreational activities within walking distance. I would most likely stay here again. The only feedback was the water pressure for the toilet in our room was not strong and was a major inconvenience. Most often, opted to use the lobby washrooms.
