The property and amenities are very well maintained. There are restaurants on site but if you want something different, everything you need is not more than a 10 min drive. Also, the photos do this place no justice because it's way more beautiful in real life! I fully plan to book this place again when we visit Palm Springs again!

We loved everything about this property. Everyone was nice and it was so easy. The only thing was our section had a broken elevator, and with two kids and lots of luggage that was a little rough. But we would definitely come back.

Loved everything about our stay. The staff and the amenities were 5 star. The only downside was the noise as there were A LOT of kids staying there & occupying all the pools. I would still return but be wary if you’re looking for a quiet getaway.

Disappointing Customer Service – No Flexibility for a Simple Request Review: We’ve been loyal guests at Marriott Shadow Ridge for years whenever we visit Palm Desert, but this recent stay was incredibly disappointing. All I asked for was a simple 2-hour late checkout – check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am, which is barely even a full day. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to accommodate this reasonable request. It’s really frustrating when loyal customers are treated this way, especially when the request was so minimal. We weren’t asking for anything extravagant, just a little more time to enjoy our stay. The rigidity and lack of customer care make it clear that guest satisfaction is not a priority here anymore. After this experience, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere in the future. If you’re looking for a hotel that values its guests and offers a bit of flexibility, I’d suggest considering other options.

The resort was great. Kids had so much fun swimming in all the pools, daily activities and using all the amenities the resort offers. The only thing i did not like is that i found a few roaches in the kitchen and main bathroom.

This is a cool place for kids, they have a arts and crafts room, pools, basketball courts and other activities. My family loves it cuz we can take a bunch of small kids and not have to leave property. We cook and bbq on site.

Great layout as we had 2 adjoining rooms essentially giving us a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a full kitchen. Pools were great. Gated entry and lots of great restaurants close by.

Family friendly vacation
Perfect family vacation spot. We loved the 2 bedroom villa with 2 restrooms, a full kitchen, dinner room & living room. They had a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven & they had a few pots/pans. The best part the villas also included a washer & dryer. Great for washing those wet & stinky swimsuits before heading home. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean & the rooms smelled nice! The pools were nice & the kids loved the waterslide. The other great part were all the activities that were available for both kids & adults. Overall everything was great! Highly recommend to families with little ones.
