From the time we arrived the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were very clean the outside grounds were beautiful the food selection was very good, i especially enjoyed my time at the spa. My family had such a good time here and would love to return in the future.

Not what I expected. Maybe cause we have a pool at home so the kids weren’t too excited about the pools here. The restaurant on premises is a 3 out of 5. Unnecessarily high prices with mediocre food at best. I would recommend going out and grabbing much better food for a lot less.

Know before you go…. Summer weekend, expect a crowd & you won’t be disappointed since I’ll give you a few tips here to be proactive in such situations. -Pool opens at 9- there are lots of chairs but not enough for the crowd during summer weekends, so a line forms before gate opens at 9a. Hint hint. Weekdays are always slower and less crowded. -parking lot gets full after dinner and you may have slim pickings to none, but at times can park outside of the self parking gates and walk BUT even these can be taken up. We walked over to the plaza across the street, didn’t have to drive our cars. Now for the Good stuff…Our experiences during our stay- Bed is comfortable & warm Had 4 rooms and they were ALL clean and quiet (thought it would be loud b/c of kids and our rooms were next to the pool BUT to our great surprise, it was so quiet) and had great internet access. Staff members are ALL friendly, welcoming and professional. Many activities available for kiddos, even have free ice cream and snow cones.

Fun, but inconvenienced

Fun, but had some inconveniences. I was told we would have a microwave in our room after requesting it days earlier. There was no microwave in our room and when I asked the front desk they said it was first come first serve and they were out. We paid for parking each night yet had to park outside of our designated parking area quite a way from our room due to the overcrowd. We were told kids under 10 eat free with purchase of adult meal but only received a discount on the kids meal with purchase of adult meal.
