A wonderful place with something for everyone- littles, golfers, spa goers. Lazy River is a lot of fun plus 3 other pools that have much to offer.Wait staff was courteous and efficient- making sure we had what we needed.

It was truly horrible. We left the same day we checked in and did not even spend the night. Multiple restaurants closed. bar closed. Arcade was broken. One of two water slides was broken. Terribly slow service by the pool due to only one kitchen being open. Hotel room smelled like wet dog, tv didn’t work and the shower had no pressure to do the faucet being corroded. Dinner was a terrible experience in its own right and finally we loaded the kids up the in the car and checked out at 8pm. Could t handle the smell in the room and just felt dirty.

Parking can be a hassle in this property, we had to park far from our room with 3 kids and it was bit difficult, the room was dusty so we had to clean the room. Balcony was a mess too. The only good thing about this play is the pool for the kids and the breakfast at the cafe.

We were completely disappointed by our stay at the Omni. We came looking forward to a unique environment and experience and were shocked to see the condition of the pool - murky water , terrible over crowding , the common areas were abandoned with trash and food. Wild animals were eating and picking at trash in the pool area, the lazy river was full of leaves and murky and warm, the negligence of the staff and the trash in the common areas was so so shocking. There was a dead roach in our tub We will never recommend. It was a total waste of money.

This place is well-maintained. I booked it online for three days. They failed to tell me that their main pool was closed. I show up and they told me at registration. I was so upset. I paid over $100. Enjoy my weekend. Have the kids play splash pad etc. but it was closed with no notice. When when I say something and ask for a discount they cannot do anything. Because I booked through Expedia. Then I call Expedia and Expedia can’t do anything either. I will never stay here again because their service was horrible. You could have given me a $50 voucher for food or drinks on the residence and I would’ve been satisfied, but you failed to do something to a customer who was misled on a reservation. never again.

We booked here for the lazy river and the shallow beach area. They could have resurfaced during a part of the year where those areas weren’t being utilized as much. It was the hottest weekend of year without the best water activities. The servers charged us extra chicken on a chicken salad. Then made my wife feel bad when she tried to correct them.
