The staff were incredible and super kind. The rooms are run down and felt dirty. A lot of the fortunate had a lot of wear, the screens were broken and laying outside of the windows, it felt like someone had tried to probably get into these rooms before. The curtains were torn, walls dirty.

Area is great, staff was friendly but the room smelled so badly of mildew. It was awful. The pull Out couch bed was terrible and no linens were in the room for it. I would not stay there again.

Staff was professional and nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was below average - dirty vents, dirty doors, torn chair, torn curtains, no body soap in dispenser, old bed, no blanket in room. Gym under renovation. In its current state, we will stay elsewhere.

Nice location and most of the staff was helpful. The facility is a bit dated. The kitchen wasn't clean - specifically all the dishes and utensils (very few - not enough for 2 people) needed rewashing and under the microwave it was grease filled. Rest of place was very clean. TV didn't work but they sent someone to fix it. Sofa bed very very old and mattress needs replacement. Fine for a few nights but wouldn't stay here long term.
