Older property and rooms.

Older property and rooms. They have put upgrades on older fixtures. No ice machines available? Front desk did give us a bag. Room was clean and breakfast was decent. We unfortunately stayed when there was 2 busses full of teenage boys there. They were in the rooms next to us. Very rowdy and loud and created too much congestion during breakfast time. I would not stay again.

I cannot say enough great things about my recent stay at the AC Hotel Pasadena, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding customer service provided by Roman. From the moment I arrived, Roman went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. His professionalism, attentiveness, and warm demeanor made all the difference — if I could give 10 stars out of 10 for customer service, I absolutely would! The room itself was breathtaking — hands down the most beautiful hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the atmosphere was modern, calming, and luxurious. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority as well. The room was spotless, fresh, and impeccably maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines elegance with truly impeccable service, look no further than the AC Hotel Pasadena — and be sure to ask for Roman. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would happily stay here again. The Asian gentleman that check me in was friendly and accommodated a request for a room. Everything was clean and orderly. The room was spacious and clean from door to balcony. Bed was comfy and breakfast was good. Some areas of improvement that could be made. The pool could have been cleaner. A few of the treadmills in the gym weren’t working and the one that did work was noisy. There were no USB ports at all, but one should always travel with their own charging equipment anyway. I had left something in the room after checking out and was helped promptly to reenter the room to acquire my item. Great experience as I’ve come to expect from Residence Inns.

Disappointing

The lady at the front desk was amazing! She offered us bottled water and was very friendly. However I expected a lot more from the room, the walls in the restroom were stained and very dirty. The room just looked old and needs an update. The fridge was all dented and everything just looked not taken care of. The roomed smelled musty too. I was very disappointed.
