The woman at the front desk was phenomenal, so sweet and caring. I missed my ferry and was feeling quite low and distraught, and her kindness improved my entire mood. The hotel was clean, the food was delicious, and it was the perfect place to stay.

The property is in a good location. Rooms clean with a nice-sized deck to sit on to relax. Unfortunately, people smoke on them so if you don't like that you have to close your patio door all the time. It seems like Spain is one of the last places to allow smoking everywhere. Pool towels are 10 Euro deposit and are not out by the pool, but rather at the front desk.. found that odd. Amazing Italian restaurant right near hotel. Satrigo. it is a MUST!

Lovely welcome from Cassandra on arrival. All the other staff were lovely and friendly too. Great location- we walked to Palma and to Cala major. Shame about the renovations all along the marina as it would’ve been a nice (slightly long) walk otherwise. Lovely pool area, it was empty all morning on our first day! Drinks were reasonable in hotel and terrace has a lovely view. Nothing to complain about with room. No kettle so don’t bother with tea bags!
