Friendly staff, clean, cold AC, very good shower, fantastic breakfast a lot of options, clean pool even tho I didn’t go in much, close to public transportation, A1 then bus 4 and you will be at the hotel from the airport very easy, five minutes from the beach Cala major, a lot of bars and restaurants around, The only one thing I didn’t like is parking charge it’s €15 per day and rent car is €20 so that did not encourage me to rent a car otherwise it would be prefect because all the nice beach’s are hour to hours and half away from Palma. Thank you again and will return one day.

We asked for a tour and a car to the reception and they just reply 90 minutes later they didn’t look for it, it looks was not important for them but for us was something we need to look ourselves, a lot noise from other room that they didn’t try to control, the bar was closed and there was not option to order food only the expensive breakfast… apart from that the best was the lifeguard very kind and helpful her name was Hillary…

A quiet location, spacious bedroom & bathroom, great breakfast buffet. Rather a long way from the centre of Palma but easily accessible by bus. Also within walkable distance of Porto Pi for shops & restaurants.

Amazing breakfast. Housekeeping team were fantastic. Sadek in the bar in particular was really charismatic and genuinely hospitable. Attentive service and good local Knowledge. We will definitely return. Pool area well maintained, clean, good amount of sun and shady spots.

The rooms are very small, barely any room to move. We constantly wanted to get out and only be back when it was time to sleep. The bathroom door in my room was broken and made it very uncomfortable for us as I was staying with my teenage son. Bathroom was so time, we would squeeze ourselves maneuvering around moving door to get to the toilet area (and we are not heavy built)! Customer service at the front desk was very disappointing and unpleasant.

The room was very clean and tidy. The people working in the lobby were very helpful and gave good advice on different spots to visit in the island. I would totally recommend this hotel to a friend.

On arrival we had been allocated a tiny room not big enough to even stow luggage. The double bed was presumably to allow it to be misleadingly ccall it a double room. Shower seal also leaked . Staff were attentive and friendly
