This fantastic house boasts such a wonderful, joyful and well cared terrace that it becomes the perfect place to enjoy unforgettable moments. The covered space is ideal to enjoy a delicious breakfast or to cook succulent recipes on the BBQ. Next, you find an artificial lawn area that invites to bask in the sun on the 2 sun loungers or to read a book beneath the awning. Inside, you can enjoy your meals all together and relax whilst watching the TV-sat in the airy living - dining room. You can also use the pellet stove when it's cold outside. Next, you enter the kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop and everything you need to cook. And from here, you can access the laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. This ground floor is completed with a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed and a closet. On the first floor, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. They have no closet within but there is a spacious independent walk-in closet on this floor. and you'll also find a bathroom with a bath for the whole accommodation. A baby cot and a high-chair are available as well as 2 fans and 1 electric radiator. Es Portitxol is a peaceful coastal area but lively at the same time. It's a charming and friendly place located near Palma de Mallorca, the capital, so full of life at the same time. It offers a quiet beach which is less than 300 metres away, a beautiful marina for a nice stroll, lots of bars and restaurants and the basic services needed. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
