Friendly and helpful staff (especially Beatriz). Modern clean room with comfy bed Decent gym Great terrasse on sea front.

Overall really nice. We stayed for 3 days in March and the amenities are well kept, the room service is cheap (and not bad), saw dolphins in the morning outside our window. Only complaint is the amount of food outside of the rooms because of the good room service.

Stayed at the Basilica for the second time and it did not disappoint. Clean, convenient for shops bars and restaurants and getting around Palma in general. The hotel-staff were welcoming and accommodating. The pool area on the roof terrace is also a big plus small but relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for a very pleasant stay in Palma.

Had a wonderful two days with my daughter here and will be coming back soon. Food buffet options for the prices are fantastic. Staff were so polite and couldn't do enough for us. It's a very chilled setting and very nice vibe

Nice spot, very comfortable, great spa pooll area and superb roof top space. Restaurant in lobby way over priced and quality was sub par. Everything else was solid!

The trip was a birthday surprise for myself and the hotel couldn’t do enough. Unfortunately we couldn’t get into the hotel restaurant on the Friday night and the attempted to set us up in the bar which really wasn’t the correct ambiance, but they quickly rectified it by arranging a lovely restaurant close by and gave us a couple of free drinks. Overall the service was excellent will definitely return.
