A beautiful, clean and private bedroom/bath in historic Palmetto, Florida. The home of Brown Bunny Bakery (organic & gluten-free). CHECK-IN time is between 12-7 pm during normal business hours. If you need special time accommodations, please let us know and we can help. It’s a chemical-free space, so please REFRAIN from using colognes, perfumes, or scented body products. Today, more and more individuals are often finding themselves allergic, sensitive, or even intolerant of chemicals found in most beauty products on the market.

Brown Bunny is a safe, comfortable, peaceful, and yummy place to enjoy comfy beds, clean spaces, fresh air, soft warm showers, and healthy organic baked goods. The bakery offers for purchase whole food, dairy- and grain-free mini breads and cookies. A continental breakfast is available in the room — tea, instant coffee, (coffee press available), hot instant oatmeal, fresh fruit. The room has a mini fridge, lock on door, microwave, electric kettle, hair dryer, iron, closet. The home has a whole-house water filtration system, air filtration system, covered outdoor back deck, and common areas to read, play games, and eat meals. It’s centrally located — only a few minutes from Downtown Bradenton where Pier 22, Downtown Farmer’s Market, and the Riverwalk is located. Minutes from Snead Island, Emerson Point Preserve, GT Bray Recreational Center (20 Pickle Ball Courts, Yoga Classes, Large Gym Facility), and various other Manatee County Parks. Farmer’s Markets in downtown Bradenton and Sarasota are scheduled every Saturday morning till early afternoon. Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, and Coquina Beach are close by, and not too far away are Sarasota’s Lido Key and Siesta Key Beaches. There’s a lot of fun things to do down here. There is a young, friendly kitty on the premises and stays in my wing of the property. Great room for a short stay
The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The host was nice and accommodating.

Mini vacation
The place was very clean, and Geena was very pleasant. I kinda surprised of the slip and fall agreement that we had to sign. And having to be fragrance free while we stayed there. Which we understand but we really wished that there were a couple of chairs on the room to sit on. Sitting on the bed all the time isn’t very comfortable for us senior citizens. The exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn’t work so it made it kinda uncomfortable when showering. Removal of your shoes outside the door was a little bit too much but we did what was necessary to make it work.

Sunny days
It was a great place to stay very close to my mother-in-law. Gina was very pleasant. Very easy to talk to the place was immaculate. The only thing is we thought we’d get a breakfast, but she did give us boxes of oatmeal and apples and bananas. Which most times was fine. We enjoyed the stay very much and definitely come back again.
