Welcome to Sachs' Sea Shack… An Oceanfront 3 bedroom and 2 bath home on 1.21 acres with 85 feet of private beach located in Alligator Point, Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. New six-person hot tub with breathtaking ocean views. Our home is privately owned and managed.
Known as “The Point,” it is a hidden gem on Florida’s Forgotten Coast. It includes eight miles of natural coastline, which boasts uncrowded beaches and calm shallow waters to float, kayak, and paddle board. There is an abundance of beautiful shells, fabulous diving, fishing, and wildlife. There are no alligators. The reason for the town’s name is that the peninsula is shaped like an alligator’s tail and the tree line at the end resembles an open-mouthed gator. Bring your boat since the harbor and ocean is known for amazing diving for hog fish, scallops, and lobster and fishing for cobia, grouper, red fish, snapper, and tarpon. The Windward Alligator Point Marina offers wet slips and a public boat ramp, or you can launch your boat at the multiple boat ramps with ease and no fees.
As you walk in, the wall of glass and breathtaking ocean views create a sense of openness. The décor is nautical with artistic touches. The living room has a wraparound couch, comfortable chair, and a curved 65-inch smart TV with high speed WIFI, Netflix and Sling TV. The chef's kitchen features an oversized quartzite center island, induction cooktop, beverage refrigerator, dishwasher, refrigerator with water and ice, microwave, wall oven, motion kitchen faucet, two barstools, coffee maker that makes twelve cups or a K-cup single brew, and an Alexa. We love to cook so the kitchen is fully equipped with an array of spices and cookware. With families in mind, the dining table seats six.
