This beautiful, 10th-floor condo on the Gulf of Mexico is perfect for relaxing, family holidays, or gathering to watch your favorite sports teams on the 55-inch, TV in the living room. Enjoy the comfortable balcony furniture while drinking a hot cup of coffee, eating breakfast, or relaxing with your favorite book while listening to the waves. Enjoy the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, while watching dolphins or mana rays or schools of fish. Once everyone is ready to go outside, spend a day by the shared pool or take the path to the beach for a day of sandy toes and sunkissed skin. When the day is coming to a close, enjoy a glass of wine at sunset and hop into the full kitchen to whip up a tasty dinner. Plus, if you need a bit of alone time, a jetted tub is available in the primary bath.

This is a nice place and view. The beds weren’t very comfortable. The furniture on the balcony needs replaced. TV in one of the bedrooms was small. Not sure if this is a corporate owned or private owned but the kitchen lacked pots and pans to cook a meal. Every place I’ve stayed have always had beach stuff left behind from others that stayed there but not this one. Overall I would give it 3 stars.

Haven't stayed in Laguna in years, but I can tell you after this stay, it is my new "go to"! Room was clean, clean, clean. Yes, there were a few things that could use light attention, but they were minimal, and didnt affect our stay in the least. (The room could use an extra blanket or two, and the refrigerator was perfectly cool, but a bit dated - thats it!) It was so spacious, and accommodated our teenagers wonderfully. The view from the master is paradise. Most importantly the grounds were beautiful. The room was amazing. The chair service was great. We will definitely be back.

All the comforts of home
Our first reaction was, WOW! The first view of the gulf, stepping off the elevator, set the tone for our entire stay. We enjoyed an expansive view of the gulf from the balcony to begin our mini-vacation. The relaxing decor of the condo is superseded only by the special touches found in the amenities. These special touches throughout the condo made our stay feel like home. From the well stocked kitchen, to the dreamy linens, to the amazing sunset views from the condo, we truly enjoyed your piece of paradise.

Perfect Getaway ☀️
This condo was perfect for all 8 of us, with the 3 bedrooms and the pullout couch, everyone was comfortable. Very clean and spacious, the balcony and the view of the gulf was amazing. Plenty of towels, and toilet paper for our 5 day stay. The parking garage is right underneath the condos which is nice, we have a 2021 Dodge Durango, it was a tight squeeze getting in and out of the parking spaces, if you have a SUV/TRUCK you can still get in and out good, if you don’t mind backing up and pulling forward a few times 🤣. With only being a few miles from pier park and good restaurants, we had something fun to do everynight and had good food to eat, if you’re going during spring break like we did, make sure you go to dinner 2 or 3 hours earlier than you normally would or you’re going to be waiting for hours to eat like we did our first night. Our overall experience with the condo was good and I’d definitely be back.
