They tacked on a mandatory valet fee plus a 'resort' fee, which is payment for a pool in the winter and a workout room, which we did not request or use. Breakfast was terrible, cold, was not replenished as should be, nothing here was worth the cost of the room.

For me the hotel is in the perfect location for all the activities I had planned. The hotel is clean and beautiful, the view is peaceful and the food is amazing. The staff are friendly plus it smells really good in there.

I rated this resort as good and not Excellent because they only cleaned our room one time during the entire 5 day stay. I asked the young lady cleaning the room next to us, if she was cleaning our room next. She said No. For the amount of money we spent, i should have received better results for cleaning.

The hotel is beautiful and even smells lovely. It’s a very dog friendly hotel. The location is prime for shopping, food and entertainment, walk everywhere. The customer service at tne front desk was poor but the rest of the staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially maintenance and valet. The breakfast line is long but for free breakfast with an omelet station, waffles etc I’m not complaining. I would stay here again.
