Located on the 4th floor, it boasts awe-inspiring views of the shimmering white sands and sparkling emerald waters with floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors. Marisol is a beautiful condominium resort that's peaceful, quiet, tranquil, and perfectly located on the East end of Panama City Beach.

Your living area features a Queen sofa sleeper so that this condo comfortably sleeps eight. The flat-screen TV, ample seating, and an open floor plan allow everyone to enjoy family time together. The dining table will seat six and your breakfast bar allows for guests and visitors to join in. The upgraded kitchen allows for everything from simple breakfast fare to your gala holiday meal. A washer and dryer round out your extra conveniences.

The Gulf-front master suite with King bed offers stunning views of the Gulf sunrises, private balcony access, and an en suite master bath. Guest Bedroom #1 features a Queen bed, ample closet space, window views, and close proximity to the Guest Bath. Guest Bedroom #2 comes complete with a King bed and a flat-screen TV.

We had a tournament nearby, and chose this place as it wasn’t far from the fields. The management team was great, and were very responsive to any issues we had. The unit was very clean and had all the towels, utensils, you will need for your stay. Plan on getting soaps, garbage bags, toilet paper soon in your arrival as they only provide you with a starter kit as detailed in the property description. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and shops in the area to replenish what you need. Balcony overlooking the ocean, hearing the waves at night when you sleep, steps away from the beach.. We were very happy with this place and will look to stay again next year.

We have been unable to travel and enjoy vacations for sometime. My mother had dementia and I was always afraid to get to far away from home. She passed in September so this was a much needed family vacation. We spent everyday but 1 on the beach and went out for seafood every night!!

We loved this condo, the location is great and the fact that the HOA doesn't allow tents to be put up in front of the rental chairs/umbrellas on the beach is such a blessing. Parking was easy peasy as well! The only thing that could have been better is our dishwasher never worked, called it in on Monday but Repairman didn't get there until Friday and had to order a part. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean and the views of the water were spectacular!! Check in was easy, but the beds need replacing and the couch was pretty, but it also needs replacing, but it was very clean and tidy. We had everything we needed like linens, fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates,etc. All of the Restaurants and stores are nearby which is very convenient. Thank you Swell for making our vacation fun!! Family from Texas!!!

We have been coming to PCB for the last 20 years every summer and this condo was by far the best yet. Updated and clean, essential items were great quality not the usual cheaper version. Location was great. Elevators were great. The absolute only issue was parking. We had 3 vehicles but only 2 parking passes. Yes we will stay again.

This place was beautiful and clean! the listing is accurate! we were able to do an early check in and that was so nice because we came in early with small children! Location is great as it’s on the beach and near Walmart/food etc! We would stay here again!
