The photos made it look freshly painted and very fresh looking and it was obviously old photos. I feel I paid enough for fresh…… Normal wear on the walls from tenants has aged the property’s appearance which made me a little sad. But all and all it had what we needed and the beach was steps away. As far as clean, no complaints there. Parking was not my favorite and two condos shared the garage so it was crowded. Also shared the beach side pool, it was large which helped a ton, but it was always over crowded and closed 2 days most likely because of ph levels I assume. The pool and parking garage is why I will not be returning to this specific condo but it was clean inside the unit and everything was functional during our stay.

Overall the condo itself was super nice and very clean. The actual resort needs to update there elevators. We had to walk up 17 flights of stairs due to the elevators being down for over an hour. This wasnt just a one time thing. We were there for a week and the elevators barely worked.

The property was very nice. However, whoever cleaned it before we arrived didn’t do a fantastic job. The master bed was full of sand. I had to strip the bed and wash the sheets and blanket myself. The master bath tub was also full of sand so again, I had to clean it out before we used it. There was food wrappers stuffed in the bedding of the bottom bunk bed. Again, had to strip and wash those bed clothes because it was clear no one else had. There isn’t a can opener in the unit. Someone might want to get one. Other than that, the property is beautiful!

We loved it! Check in was a breeze. Very clean, view was fantastic. We were on the balcony a lot. Saw lots of fish and my manarays. Everyone’s said parking was bad but really it wasn’t. As soon as you walked over the bridge the elevator was right there to take u to your floor. Definitely would stay again and again.

Nice condo BUT….
The condo was very nice and clean. Location was excellent and the beds were comfy. The view from our balcony was awesome and overall we had a great trip. BUT…. There was no patio furniture at our condo. I feel a bit mislead because we were not informed prior to our stay that we would have no furniture. I reached out to management and was told that the HOA was cleaning or painting all of the balconies, but the furniture was never brought back and basically the person I spoke with just said sorry, enjoy your trip and didn’t try and resolve the issue at all. It was a bit frustrating, as the dining table on the patio was one of the main reasons that we chose this property. We had talked of having dinner outside looking at the amazing view but unfortunately that didn’t happen. We had to bring up folding chairs just to have a place to sit. I wasn’t impressed with the way that the situation was handled. We have stayed in other vacation homes and when an issue occurred, the property manager has always tried to resolve the issue and attempt to make things right. I feel that we were basically brushed off when addressing the issue. Other than that, everything was fine and we enjoyed our trip.

We had tried to find somewhere to stay, and we weren’t having much luck until this property came up. It was gorgeous, and the view was perfect. We also took our 11 month old. While it isn’t quite baby proof, there wasn’t much for him to get into with was nice. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was nice had everything we needed. But the parking garage is so ridiculous! Do not drive a large vehicle and expect to park easily! So much walking to get from your vehicle to tower 1. Beach was so trashy, ppl have no respect for nature now days. If you like to enjoy peace and quiet, don’t stay here. We left the night before checkout, we were just over it.

The listing was exactly as listed. We had a great time. It was very convenient to be right on the beach. The room was very clean . The property was great . Every day you saw staff cleaning the main halls and elevators. We would watch staff clean the pool every morning from our balcony. The property manager sent text to make sure everything was ok. The only negative I have is that the parking deck is a right fit and doesn't have a whole lot of spaces for everyone there. You may have to park in the overflow lot which is still on the property and requires the parking decal for it. Other than that it was a great stay and would recommend this unit. We will be staying here again in the future.

I typically don’t write reviews, however, this condo deserves a 5 star review! First off the owner has done an amazing job at keeping the condo up to date with comfortable, clean furnishings. The pictures are 100% accurate, not photoshopped or from when it was first built. Secondly the management company was amazing. They sent text messages and emails before and during my stay giving me multiple avenues to reach them in the event I needed anything at all. I ended up having one question and they responded to my text within 5 minutes. Amazing balcony and view!!!! Hands down the best rental experience and beach condo I have ever rented for my family of 5!
