Spacious Beachfront Home - Great for Families

“Cast Away” is our gulf front town home on the quiet, family oriented, west end of Panama City Beach, Florida! This home offers incredible views from the spacious downstairs kitchen & living area as well as the master bedroom on the second level. The first floor features a guest bedroom and full bath, laundry room, kitchen with all amenities you will need, large dining and living space with access to an open deck affording perfect views and stairwell down to the beach. A grill is on the beach deck.

The second floor features the master bedroom overlooking the glorious Gulf of Mexico and has an en-suite bath with a vanity area and a private balcony overlooking the beach as well. Also on the second floor is the second guest bedroom that accommodates 2 full beds, bunk beds with a trundle and also has an attached bath. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions.

This property is what paradise is all about. It offers the convenience to be able to drive right in to your private garage and be on the beach in a minute. The location is great with Publix, Winn-Dixie, CVS and Bayou Bill's Crab House less than a mile away, Pier Park is close and Rosemary Beach is right around the corner. Free wifi is provided.

Everything was great!
I can't say enough great things about our stay. Charlotte was awesome and super helpful! Everything we needed for the week was there and if it wasn't she made sure it was :) Clean, plenty of room for 2 adults and 5 crazy kiddos! Beach access was perfect and not crowded. Location was great too, close enough but not right in the busy strip of PCB.

this house has an amazing view, the house is very clean, spacious, complete with everything you need to cook, even the laudry is complete. I always rent vacation homes and I have never stayed in such a complete and structured house. Contact with the owner is great, she responds immediately, very polite and friendly. This home was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, had lovely outdoor furniture on both decks, had beach equipment, and of course the beach was steps away. The owner communicated well, but everything was perfect so we didn't need to ask her anything all week.

Fantastic VRBO in a great location
Had a short stay of 3d/3n with friends. This condo is on the beach and has beautiful views. It is extremely well-kept and furnished. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. When we arrived the cleaning crew had left it spotless. Everything in the condo is in excellent condition and the pictures are spot on with what you will be experiencing. The unit has a garage and Inside there are beach chairs, beach umbrella, and kids toys. There is also a Kamado Joe egg on the deck for grilling. The location is on the West end of PCB which is quieter with a more relaxed attitude. A Winn Dixie is just around the corner so supplies are close. Would like to add that Charlotte is a fantastic host. Communications regarding the check-in and out process were very clear, and any questions were answered quickly. She is very easy to work with. This is a 5-star property with a 5-star host. Highly recommend

Perfect Beach House for Family
Had a terrific Saturday stay over Thanksgiving with my family. What a perfect home (with some nice neighbors) on the beach where we could celebrate Thanksgiving. Only bad thing (unrelated to the house) was having to turn on the heat since we got some really low temps that week. We needed to contact the owners for some assistance and they were quick to respond and address the request. A+++

Cast Away located in quiet Sunnyside is perfect for vacationers who desire to have the beach pretty much to themselves. The home is connected to 2 other units and located next to a public beach access, none of which took away from a great stay. Charlotte is a premier host for good reason, her communication is superb along with having a beautiful well appointed property. The grocery shopping and restaurants were not crazy busy in this area also. If you want a true relaxing vacation away from all the crowds this is the place to go.

Perfect summer vacay!
Loved our time at Cast Away! Great location with beachfront access. We rented chairs/umbrellas daily and loved spending lazy days relaxing by the ocean while the kiddos swam/played. The house itself was clean, well decorated and came with everything we needed for the week. Charlotte was great with communication as well as providing recs for restaurants, etc. Overall a wonderful week!

Loved this property! The location was excellent. We loved being able to walk right out to the beach from the back door. The master bedroom was beautiful and so comfortable. This area of the beach was not crowded at all despite being right next to a public beach access. The owner was very accessible and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great Time!
Sunnyside has amazing views, and the Florida white sand beaches are just feet off the deck! Everything was spot on with the property. We were so satisfied with everything. Charlotte was a great host and my family enjoyed everything about Sunnyside property. Highly recommend it and we will be going back!

Beautiful Home and Location
We absolutely loved this property and the view from the deck. The place is Beautifully furnished, has comfortable beds, plenty of entertainment, including smart TVs, board games, books, wireless speakers for the beach. Beach’s chairs and toys were also a bonus for our family and 8 year old. We enjoyed waking up every morning at sunrise, drinking my coffee of the deck and watching the amazing view of the ocean. One morning we even saw dolphins pass by. Our family of 6 walked along the beach every day and although it was spring break for college kids, this part of the beach was less crowded. We enjoyed cooking meals, as the place has all cooking needs available therefore no need to eat out. The owners are also very responsive and responded immediately with any questions we had. Thank you for the hospitality!!

Exceptional host & updated home!
We had a great time at our stay at Castaway! The host was very attentive and kind the whole way through, and you don't find that very often. The house was updated and clean, which is important to me in a vacation home. I loved how it was decorated too! Also, beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would ever need. There are also beach toys, chairs, and floats to use! The views from the decks were spectacular! It's so nice to just walk straight out onto the beach. We liked how it was less crowded in this area too. We hated to have to leave! Thanks for a memorable vacation!

Amazing owner and just soo lovely and accommodating! The place is out of the world! Has every you need! Full kitchen for sure! Has working pans and pots wine openers and kamodo grill!!!! The ourdoor sitting areas are just amazing and tranquil. All our meals were outside! Owner is quick to answer all questions and soo helpful! Reallllly comfy couch and bed! More than enough towels in each bed! The owner invested in quality furniture and appliances to make visitors feel at home! We will make this our annual beach visit home. Thank you!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was spotless. Had everything we needed--including beach toys and an outdoor shower. Literally steps from the water. Perfect location. Near grocery stores, restaurants, even a playground, but far from the crowds. Easy drive to Pier Park. Communication was excellent. My husband said Cast Away has ruined all other types of beach vacations (hotels and multistory condos) for him. We can't wait to vist this property again.

Wonderful Family Vacation!
We just spent a wonderful week with our family at Cast Away. The house is decorated in lovely decor and the amenities furnished by the owner were more than adequate. And the best part was being able to walk out the door onto the beach. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner, who was always so ready to answer any questions. We absolutely loved Cast Away and had the best vacation ever.
