Not sure of the occupancy rate, but i was given a room that shared a wall with the elevator shaft. Made for a noisy room. These should be the last rooms they give out. Hot tub was not in commission. They service rooms every other day so i had to go by the desk to get the coffee refills. Overall clean facility and no complaints for the desk personnel.

Overall, a fine stay. And I don’t mind paying more for quality (clean, quiet, safe, well-maintained). But to charge extra for parking when the hotel is near empty? Also, no safe in room, so I had to carry my valuables with me every time I left the hotel. So for those reasons, I may choose elsewhere next time.

Over all decent hotel for a short term stay. The bathroom was a little dirty with mildew build up in the bathroom but this tends to be common with coastal hotels. Felt safe staying here and had some dining options in the area.
