Overall the hotel is pretty nice, but the area not so much and the staff, I think they need more training. They don’t greet or acknowledge unless you approach. They don’t seem to have any supervision and do as they please. We visited the bbq area by the pool and sat at a table expecting a waiter to come by and offer a drink. After 30 minutes we left and during that time various staff passed by but no one even acknowledged us. Sad!
