My family and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel San Felipe. We like that everything was within walking distance even for my mom who has limited mobility. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The only issue I had was with the restaurant. The service was horrible and so was the food.

The hotel is two buildings, across the street from each other. Our rooms were in the building with the restaurant. The bar would play loud music until midnight. Our kids’ room had NO windows. No real amenities, so don’t forget your toiletries. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. However, Maria at the front desk was super helpful, even getting on the phone with Delta to sort out flight problems. Thank you, Maria!!

The staff; Alejandra, Saen, and Maria were very nice and attentive. The airport transportation was great, much better than if we had called an Uber. Or room was huge, very modern and updated bathroom. They supplies everything we needed including bottled water and Nespresso.

Great staff, spacious room with balcony. Great location, convenient to all sites in Casca Viejo. Only downside was condensation on the floors due to the high humidity. To fix had to keep the AC cranked up and it was very cold in the room.

A must in Casco Viejo

Very nice and well located hotel in Casco Viejo. Central and with an amazing restaurant and one of the best rooftop terrace in the area. A must!

The staff was excellent, the hotel is new and comfortable. Heated tiles in the bathroom. East part is that it has a central location and excellent soundproofing so you sleep soundly in the middle of the action. I cancelled another hotel and ate a penalty fee to stay here longer, it was that good.

Extremely impressed by everything about this hotel. Clean, great location, good size room and bathroom. Service was great and much better than most properties in Panama. The restaurant Enemigo was amazing. San Felipe is my go-to property now in Casco Viejo and I highly recommend it.

The staff at this property is amazing! They are extremely thoughtful and attentive. The rooms are the perfect size and can fit all your belongings and people. The bed is comfy and the bathrooms are HUGE. The only knock is that the internet is pretty bad I hope they can sort that in the future. If you need to call home, do work, or stream... It's pretty spotty. But that isn't enough to knock any stars off the property. When I come back to Casco, I'll be staying here again!
