A nice place to relax on the beautiful Panama City Beach. Loved the balcony view of ocean, Swimming pool and jacuzzi were an addition to the crown. Also playhouse on the beach and other play stuffs were good for children.

Horrible Stay. Stars 0/10.
Not so good experience. First and last time staying here. I booked here because say "no pets allowed", I respect people with real Service Animals, but It was disgusting, dogs pooping in the entrance. Were not service dogs, but there wasn't any "supervision" in the hotel across the street (not the building with ocean view). The administration has to eliminate the signs of "no pets allowed". Cleanliness was fair, but needs more detailing. Smoking is "not allowed", but the room smelled so bad. Not recommended, ypu don't know how many dogs sleept in the beds.

It doesn't get better when it comes to an affordable beachfront hotel. The room was clean as was the property overall. Add in a good shower, quality wifi, and standard cable; I feel like got my money's worth. I couldn't recommend this place more

The property exceeded my expectations. The size of the room on the 3rd floor ocean view was on another level. It's bigger than my 2 bedroom condo in Tampa overlooking the water. It had a nice living room, huge kitchen with appliances and plenty of cookware. The staff could be a little more engaging with the guests. If your a smoker like me DO NOT STAY HERE. They make you go off property to smoke. The balcony is huge! Lot's of nice restaurants around!

Beautiful ocean view
Loved the ocean view and the balcony. It was wonderful waking up to the view of the ocean every day. Nikita at the front desk was very hospitality with an excellent personality. She also baked more cookies for us when we realized there were none left. We will definitely return to Palmetto.
