Great view, comfy bed
I was in a room with a kitchenette so I had plenty of space, but the kitchen had minimal cooking pots/pans. I went out and bought a cheap frying pan to fit my needs. No dish soap or other cleaning supplies. I brought my own. The room was very comfortable and I definitely enjoyed my stay.

Did not do a good job with cleaning. 1/10. Not a bad set up or suite. House cleaning literally probably wiped the countertops with a dry towel then replaced everything. No cleaning was done. Hair in the bathroom floor and shower. Dirty bathroom floor and filthy shower floor

Check in was easy went to room a room had not been cleaned, bed not made no sheets or towels on room. Went back down to desk they put me on another room it was great until I went to take a shower a there was absolutely no hot water. Not sure if I’ll stay here again when in town or not

Absolutely biggest robbery of my lifetime. I stayed at the property on 11/30/24. 10 days after the stay I discovered a $310 charge on my credit card. I called them to ask what is that all about. The Front desk told me it is a smoking fee!. I never smoked in my life. Absolutely Noone smoked in that room. They simply told me to call my bank ro dispute it. After I called back asking for management they just hung up on me. This is a stealing and robbery!!!! Don't ever stay or book at this property. Rooms are roach infested, sand on floors upon arrival and as you know now they will take your money !!! I will be calling mayor of the Panama City Beach and proper tourism departments filing complaints. Tanasha who works the front desk is the rudest and the most unprofessional person you will meet. She also claimed to be a manager. She stayed: "I don't care you don't smoke, I am not giving you any money back"

We’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times when visiting PCB. Staff have always been very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and all with a patio ocean view. Tanesha (I may have spelled her name wrong) at the front desk was so sweet.
