Property was very good overall, staff friendly and helpful. A lot of ants and bugs around the pool area. A lot of use of evaporatorative AC units which in the heat did not do a lot to cool the dining spaces. Facilities are good and well maintained. Rooms are clean and cool, mine had a rust spot in the tub and the finish had come off. I notified the front desk but never heard back.

Amazing experience in Hennan Alona, Staff was very friendly and welcoming, Food was great, and the property itself was very clean. The only disappointing part of the trip is leaving.

I really had a bad experience with the front desk upon check in so it colored my opinion from the start. The breakfast buffet was okay. Hotel restaurants had good and affordable food. I just wish that takeout food is allowed as well into the property if you didn't feel like eating the hotel food. My parents' room had a funny smell so they requested a different room. Hotel lift was slow. The lobby was very humid. Limited fans and no aircon. Hotel didn't have beach slippers in the rooms like other resorts.

Beautiful property right on the beachfront at the picturesque Alona beach. Modern rooms, comfortable beds, great facilities and a delicious breakfast … you can’t ask for more. Located at the quiet end of the beach it’s an easy walk to the bustling nightlife of Alona beach. Would happily return here.

Overall a good resort, a bit pricier than the rest, but happy with the experience. The great thing about Alona is the ability to explore around the area, you aren't confined to your resort.

I like the pool area.. many choices and the view.. stunning.. the concierge Mel is ver warm and welcoming.. the is good.. and clean..breakfast was good also and services Except the bar area near on the beach.. In my time, I have traveled to many places, including living in London for 3 years, Henann Resort Alona Beach is the best resort I have ever stayed. Exceptional service was provided by all the serving staff, this includes the security services team. Food and drink, perfection!!! Henann is very large, and most of the employees would call us by name and others called us “Villa 1”, lol. With the exception of the front desk and lobby, this was the best experience of my life. I have to call out the Sea Breeze bar, at the pools by the beach, service was beyond perfect! Every day for 2 weeks we spent most of our time, while at the resort, at this bar and pools around it. Exceptional service provided by, but not limited to: Titus, Ramon, Dhreen, Jess, Carl and the Whole team there!!! And another shout out to Daniel, JunMark, and NelJhun and the Coral Café staff for their excellent service. JunMark was nothing less than great, making sure we got a good table with a view every single day for two weeks. Not to mention, he made sure we got our potatoes!!! Furthermore, Daniel (whom we fell in love with) was such an amazing server, we never had to ask for our daily special requests, since he was on top of it every time, he knew what we wanted every morning, our cappuccinos and orange juice with ice. Atmosphere was incredible and service was out of this world. I spent a small fortune, lol, but when you have this much fun at 1 place, money is not an issue, Money well spent! We had
