Located in the panglao area, we are close to alot of tourist attractions and beautiful beaches in bohol.
We are:
- 5 minutes WALK away from the beautiful Momo White beach
- 7 minutes drive from Doljo White Beach
- 12 minutes drive from Panglao Airport

- 12 minutes drive from Hinagdanan Cave

- 13 minutes drive from Alona White Beach

- 15 minutes drive from Dumaluan White Beach

- 17 minutes drive from Bohol Bee Farm

Other attractions like the Loboc River, Chocolate Hills, Blood Compact Shrine and many others are also just drive away


CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS:

1. The booking’s full payment and security deposit of 2000-peso must be settled upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout from the property.
2. 1 valid ID

MANAGEMENT / HOUSE / POOL RULES;

1. The villa has 7 rooms and each room may accommodate 3 - 4 guests in total. The management will provide only appropriate number of rooms based on the number of guests booked.
2. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. It is allowed to smoke only outside the villa but please be advised to dispose your cigarette butt into the designated trash bin or ashtray.
3. Check in is at 3PM and checkout is at 11AM the following day.
4. Please report damages immediately.
5. Don’t leave wet towels on the bed.
6. If you make a mess, clean it up.
7. Please clean all dishes and pots and pans every after use. Do not leave them in the sink.
(clean up after yourself)
8. Unplug all devices before leaving all the day to avoid risk of short circuit or fire.
9. Please turn off the AC and lights when you go out.
10. Please take care of the furnishings. Damages exceeding the security deposit will be charged.
11. Absolutely NO FOOD, GLASS CONTAINERS, SMOKING, or ALCOHOL BEVERAGES allowed in pool area.
12. Absolutely NO DIVING in the pool area as it might cause injury or death.
13. All swimmers should BATHE before entering pool.

EXTRA FEES (IF APPLICABLE):

1. OVERNIGHT EXTRA PERSON FEE - 350-pesos for adults and 150-pesos for children aged 2-12 yo.
2. NON-OVERNIGHT / ENTRANCE FEE - 150-pesos for adults and 100-pesos for children.
3. COOKING GAS FEE - 500-peso for guests staying for 1 night and 350-peso per DAY use for guests staying for 2+ nights at the resort. No limit on cooking. Other kitchen utensils / equipment like the grill, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen/dinnerwares are FREE to use.
4. ALCOHOLIC DRINKS / LIQUOR CORKAGE FEE - One-time liquor corkage fee of 500-peso per stay (no limit on the number of bottles). NO corkage on food and / or non-alcoholic beverages.
5. VIDEOKE RENTAL – 100-peso per hour or 995-peso per day (choose from 2)
6. FLOATERS RENTAL – 150-peso per stay
7. PET FEE - 700-peso per pet per stay.
8. TIME EXTENSIONS - Please respect the check-in and check-out times. Early check-in / Late checkout requests are subject to the management’s approval based on availability. If you need to guarantee an early check-in or late checkout, there will be a fee of 1000-peso per hour.
