As you enter the villa, there is a spacious open-plan living area, kitchen, and dining area which leads out to the swimming pool. The living room is furnished with 2 comfortable sofas and a dining table. Additionally, there is a flat-screen smart TV with Netflix and Free-WIFI coverage throughout the villa.

The villa can boast about its modern fully-equipped kitchen that offers everything from a full-size stove and oven, dishwasher, and microwave to cookware, tableware, and utensils. Cook like a home away from home!

On the first floor, you will find a three-bedroom. Two of the bedrooms feature double beds while the third bedroom features 2 single beds. In every bedroom, you will find a wardrobe and split unit air conditioner. On the roof, you will find an amazing roof garden with stunning views comfortable outdoor furniture under a covered area, and additional sun lounges.

The backyard provides you with complete privacy, a quiet place with relaxing amenities. You will also find a large barbeque, and sunbeds where you can lay back and relax by the pool during a nice and sunny Cypriot afternoon.

Cape Greco is a 10-minute drive from the center of Protaras and is considered one of the most beautiful places on the island. Green Bay is the most popular dive site with thousands of first-timers trying scuba skills. The Blue Hole, the Chapel, the Decosta Bay, Malama bay. Protaras' most famous dive site for Technical Diving and Commercial Diver training is the Cyclops bay located on the border with Ayia Napa.

• This is a self-catering accommodation. Our company provides only starters and guests are responsible to purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Oil, salt, and pepper are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.

• You are allowed to invite friends to the house but they should leave the property at 12 AM. People that will stay in the property after midnight will be considered as guests sleeping in the property and the additional guest fee will be applied.

• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.

• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair

• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.
