"Nice hotel with a beautiful and huge outside pool. Rooms are spacious and shower has good pressure. But they need to improve cleaning between guests because we find hair inside the tub and garbage in one nightstand. Douz is a small town, so you are close to all main roads connecting the main attraction. ..."

"Dated rooms, 1st room had old stained towels and stained blankets, no heating - cold. Changed room heating worked but not very well. Dining experience for breakfast and dinner chaotic. Staff really tried, but too few to cope. Some organisational issues? Lots of other guests unhappy. I was embarrased ..."
