Book Paria hotels

A couple days before we left for our trip we got an email with all the info needed to check in along with all the expectations of the guests. Check in was very simple, I was supplied with a code to get in the house which was very convenient due to the remote location. The house was very clean, sheets were clean, bed were comfortable. It was very cold in the house when we got there due to it being January but the house heated up quickly and stayed nice and warm our whole stay. The views from the property are insane. Sunrises and sunsets are both stunning. Very nice sized kitchen where 2-3 people can be in and still not be that crowded. Overall a very cool house, very communicative host, and beautiful landscape. Highly recommend!

I was lucky and won the lottery for The Wave! I booked the 20’ silver bullet for four nights. As soon as I saw Jeff and Steph have rescue animals I didn’t look for anything else. In addition to the rescue animals, it turned out to be the closest place to the trailhead for The Wave. Jeff and Steph were amazing and we highly recommend their ranch. We plan to go back next year!

Perfect for what we needed. All expected amenities were available. We did run out of toilet paper, but the bidet in the master bath kept the backside clean 😂

I stayed for four nights with a friend and it was perfect. Jeff and Steph couldn't have been more communicate, helpful or friendly and the airstream was super comfy and well-appointed. It's more of a horse property so lots of people with horse trailers were there, but who doesn't love being around a bunch of beautiful horses? The location is spectacular - we were hiking in Paria, Cottonwood Wash, Buckskin Gulch and everything was right there. We will be back!
