All of the staff, with the exception of one person, were extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and warm. The room was great -- spacious, comfortable and practical. I needed to do a lot of work at my computer and the table worked well as a desk and there was enough light. Sundeck would have been great if it hadn't been raining when I was there!

Well located close to Gare de Lyon and several metro stations on different lines. Room was well appointed, although smaller than I anticipated, with small kitchenette and good sized shower room. Everything worked, including air conditioning which was absolutely necessary! Comfortable beds. Initially we were allocated a double room although we’d reserved a twin studio but this was rectified.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was well served, with many options and very reasonable priced comparing with options around the hotel. The facilities were great, very clean and modern. Only detail was that the housekeepers miss certain things when cleaning the room, like dish towels or dishrags and they do not provide wash cloths. Love the neighborhood and I would go bach for sure!

The property was easy to get to, the staff were very professional, especially James. He was able to offer solutions to rectify an issue with the cleanliness of the bathroom. We stayed for 6 nights and found the hotel a great one in terms of proximity to key train and metro stations which makes travel so easy. Also, the room is spacious and style as shown in the pictures. The lobby is lovely. Only 2 comments were 1. can have a bigger bedside table and allow space for mobile charging and a glass of water 2. we havee no clue that we have to ask front desk for coffee capsule every morning. Suggest it should be mentioned at check-in and have a box of capsule at desk front for the guest to pick up. Other than these 2 minor ones, it's a great hotel and will definitely come back.

Modern, Clean Apartment, staff were nice and helpful especially Ms. Madeeha, she was great; She represents the true definition of hospitality (Thank you Madeeha) for your help and kindness with us and especially our 2 daughters. This property was one of the best locations for quietness convenience Transportation was excellent the hotel was one of the newest hotels in the area we had lots of options for eating for restaurants we always was able to come and go and feel safe in the neighborhood and they also had a convenient shopping a grocery store right down below the hotel. The staff was unbelievable they were the hostess to the mostest they took care of everybody's needs they also offer breakfast on site they have a gym on site they have a play area for chess and games for children they have a laundromat there they have a rooftop for you and I just can't explain this hotel was one of the best that I've had in Paris and very convenient they have elevator in the rooms I mean in the in the hotel which is great they have spacious spacious bathrooms they have also in their room they have the microwave they have a stove top they have a refrigerator the value of this hotel is unbelievable I like to thank everybody at the hotel Miriam was the one who checked us in from the beginning to the end the district manager he was phenomenal thank you guys for my time at the Park City hotel will be back soon thank you.

The hotel is bright and inviting and the rooms are well equipped for 2-4 people, with comfortable beds and space to relax and even cook. The kitchenette would be a huge plus for those wanting to make some basic meals at home and there is a very convenient food store right next to the property. I really enjoyed reading and book in the park across the street and hearing the music coming from the conservatory behind the hotel. There is at least one exceptional boulangerie across the street about one block up. We found some nice places to eat within a couple of blocks and there is a nice pharmacy right down the street. We walked and took Uber for transportation, but there is likely a metro station not too far away. Enjoy!

Highly recommended hotel in Paris
Excellent Hotel close to Gare de Lyon and Bercy stations. We stayed for just 1 night in a room for 4. Very professional and helpful staff right from check-in, going out of their way to help us feel comfortable. The beds and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. Lovely dining area with a kitchen quipped with a microwave, fridge and hot plates. We enjoyed the 24 hour bar in the lobby area as well. My gratitude to James and other staff who made sure our stay in Paris was memorable. Merci Beaucoup! Au revoir!

Nice, boutique hotel that is around 600 meters away from Gare De Lyon train station and Dugommier metro station. Could easily walk with large suitcases in about 15 minutes. The apartment I stayed was clean with 2 separate rooms and a door to separate. Shower and Toilets were separate. The toilet was too small for our liking. Only one person could fit. Plus, there was no ventilation. So, the smell could well come into the rooms after usage. The room had an iron table as well as hair dryer. Also, it had a small kitchen with induction stove. Room was cleaned every day. Front desk staff were helpful.
