The hotel and room were nice however I wasnt hapoy with the ten minute walk to get to the subway station. There were two nearby stations however it frlt like you had to walk forever to get to the station. Staff were friendly and very kind. The room itself had good room and space. I wish breakfast was included in the rate. Path to get to gare du nord station is a little bit sketchy.l especially late night and early mornings.

Room was very clean and bed super comfortable. Staff was very professional and attentive. However, the room amenities lacked items that would have made this stay great. For example, bathroom did not have wash clothes; only two thin towels and hand towels. Could have provided better shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion and more toilet paper. Kitchen was very tiny and lacked space. Did not have dish rack nor paper towels. Bedroom lacked full size night stands - there was little space for items. No dressers in room only a small closet. No space to store luggage. For the price we paid this should have been a higher end setup. Otherwise the location was great.

There was no hand soap or body soap at all in our rooms and we couldn’t get anything. They would clean your room but there was a $75 fee to do so. That includes asking for fresh bath towels.

Great little find
A great hotel located only a short walk away from Garde de Lyon. Safe area. We had a ground floor room despite asking for high floor. It was an accessible room which meant larger and more space. Staff were pleasant.

Very nice, clean and friendly hotel located close to Gare de Lyon and bus and Metro stations. Our room was very spacious with a small kitchenette area. It was so easy to get around the city to all the major attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant Hotel and Staff
Fantastic hotel! We had a family room which was brilliant. The staff were amazing - they are unobtrusive and let you get on with with your stay but were instantly available if you need anything. The hotel is 5-10 minute walk from 3 metro stations including Gare De Lyon. We will be back

Nice place, friendly staff
This hotel is very close to Gare du Lyon, which made catching an early train very simple. We stayed here two nights, and the room was comfortable and the hotel is very modern and feels new. The breakfast was nice, with eggs made to order at request. Not a lot of restaurants options but we did try a couple in the area and metro was very close. Would stay here again.

Great place, I would book with Appart' City again & recommend the place to friends and family. It met my expectation of what a 4-star hotel should be/provided. Everything was new and modern, including the ability to seamlessly connect to wifi and cast digital content onto their TV in Gare De Lyon.

Stay was fantastic, showed up early and they were able to accommodate my early check in for only 25 Euros (if I recall correctly). The room I was provided was clean, and came with a small stove and microwave which was nice. Hotel lobby was staffed from I could see 24 hrs and had a multilingual staff. Self laundry was possible on site but you need to download an external app and it was somewhat expensive at 6 Euros a load. Hotel was also very close to Gare De Lyon and other metro stations as well.

Unexpectedly had to book a room around 11pm with a plane taking off at 9am. The hotel was simply beautiful, we wished we had stayed a few more nights. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful, well kept hotel!
This was a very lovely apartment/hotel that offered a nice breakfast for a surcharge. The room and shower were clean and maintained, and housekeeping came in every day to straighten up although we weren't expecting that. The beds were comfortable and there's a little kitchenette in the room along with an ice tray! We were so happy to find that little ice tray. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

All of the staff, with the exception of one person, were extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and warm. The room was great -- spacious, comfortable and practical. I needed to do a lot of work at my computer and the table worked well as a desk and there was enough light. Sundeck would have been great if it hadn't been raining when I was there!
