Hotel was overall fine. We stayed one night. Staff during check in was friendly. Staff during check in was dismissive. Beware that hotel shuttle advertised only goes to two terminals at CDG which means you will most likely be left with the option of an Uber or taxi. FYI taxis to and from CDG average 40-60 euros despite being 3 miles away. Take an uber when available. Keep in mind if you have a super early or late flight there may not be Ubers available. Would not stay again.

This is a great and convenient spot to stay for an overnight if you need to be near CDG airport. It is not like a conventional hotel but perfect if you have kids and you dont want additional rooms. The place is clean and the shuttle to the airport is convenient as well. There was no clear response as to how to access the shuttle from the airport to the hotel so I ended up taking an Uber.

Upon our arrival, the staff at check in were unable to locate our booking we made several months prior. When we arrived in our room, there were no towels. We requested some from the staff who were cleaning rooms in the corridor and went downstairs for some lunch. We ordered a 15 Euro pizza and witnessed the staff member open up a frozen packaged pizza! It was absolutely nothing like the one advertised on the counter. She did not use gloves for the food preparation. When it was served, there were no napkins and no spare plate. We found some tissues on the counter so we could wipe our hands. Furthermore, the wine we ordered with the pizza never arrived and 30 minutes later, after we had finished our pizza which was cold in the middle, we had to ask again for our wine. When it finally arrived, it was served in thick glasses used for water! And the red was putrid. Undrinkable. No apology from your waitress for forgetting our drinks, she couldn't care less about her mistake. Maybe not her fault, but rather management who has failed to train her properly in customer service. We went back to our room after our disastrous lunch only to find we STILL had no towels. We were charged for the airport transfer which we canceled immediately after realising their drop off was 5K's from our terminal (beware). They refuse to reimburse us. No milk for a coffee in the morning in our room and the air con did not work all night. Couldn't breath. Horrible hot night with no sleep AVOID!!

The night staff who checked us in was really helpful. However, housekeeping did disturb us at 9 AM and engineering at 11 when we requested to be checked out at 12. Besides that, everything went well, but being disturbed twice wasn’t nice. It’s okay.

Beware the airport shuttle
The employees and room were wonderful. This review is to advise of the airport shuttle, which we reserved the night before. We were dropped off at terminal 1 and told to do a 'quick walk' to terminal 2 with an infant, a stroller, and large luggage. Between nonworking elevators and luggage/stroller that did not fit through the barriers in front of the escalators, the 'quick walk and train' took an hour and forty minutes (since the stroller had to be disassembled; luggage lifted overhead, etc) and we very nearly missed our flight; plus wound up in the two hour security line we were trying to avoid. As it turns out, Uber would have been significantly cheaper anyway. I hate leaving negative reviews and have through 3 different venues to contact the hotel directly. They have not responded to any of my attempts. It's an airport hotel so if your aim is to get to the airport, be warned!

Seemed to be a convention of large group event happening at the hotel which made breakfast feel very busy and loud. There was a bit of a smell in our room upon arrival that didn't seem to go away, not sure what it was. Staff was helpful and beds were comfortable!
