Great easy place to stay for a trip to Disney. Clean and safe parking. Breakfast is expensive so we went to a local boulangerie. The decor is crazy with birds but fun and very clean

Check in was easy and we were greeted warmly by Kevin, who was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave recommendations for eating in the evening and explained how to easily get to central Paris. Our room was a little dark, but very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for one night. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of choice. Just missed baked beans! But the pancake machine was a hit and coffee was fine. All in all, we would return if needed somewhere that was quiet, comfortable and well placed for easy travel and local attractions.

If you are traveling to Disney Paris as foreigner, this is a great location. Traveling through Europe can be frustrating as there is limited parking and it becomes expensive parking in public garages, or not being sure and getting your vehicle impounded. This hotel provides free and easy parking while you stay.

Ideal location so close to Disneyland Paris. Also minutes from Val D’Europe shopping centre and train station which has direct trains into Paris for only 6 euros one way. Hotel was very pleasant with friendly staff.

Good location and staff but poor hotel.
The staff are friendly and helpful and the location and parking are good. However the rooms are very cramped, the air con doesn’t work properly and is very noisy. The rooms and decor are dark and tired. The beds are small.

I loved how all staff were super friendly and very kind to me as a sole traveller. They suggested things to see and genuinely made me feel welcomed. The rooms were modern and the air con was very much welcomed. It’s so close to the park and I’m so looking forward to staying again. I’ve felt as a sole traveller a fair bit of negative communication in the past and every member of staff looked after me. 10/10 Thank you for making this a memorable weekend. It means a lot

It was located in a quiet place with an excellent bakery 2 minutes away. It has a fun decor that makes up for the things that need to be fixed. As you walk in the room you can smell cigarettes but maybe because of the vents or the carpet that absorbs the smells. The first room we got the window wouldn’t open and there was an issue with an AC. They were quick to give us a new room. The AC wasn’t working that great and the bathroom could use some minor repairs. The customer service was amazing and makes up for everything else. If you wanted to use the hot tub there is a charge for that so we didn’t try it. 30 minutes walk to Val d Europe shopping and train station.

Basic hotel
Staff on arrival seemed arrogant. Room was small and decorated in birds everywhere. If you suffer from Ornithophobia this is definitely not the place for you. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Extra charge for using coffee etc in the room. 15 min walk to a retail park which has restaurants and a good selection of shops open quite late. There’s a good outdoor kids play area there too.

Our main problem with this room was the air-con, it just didn’t cool the air, but made a lot of noise. The staff were all aware of this problem, and gave us a useless fan which did not help. This hotel shouldn’t be advertised as having air-con This Hotel is convenient for Disneyland paris, about 15 minutes drive, not the 10 advertised. It’s good for for families, having a king size bed and a bunk in the room, however it was a tight fit. Because of the bunk the windows could not be opened properly, this could have been solved by swapping the beds around. The room and especially en-suite was very tired and could do with a refit. If it wasn’t so hot, it would have done the job.
