Loved the two connected rooms with a view of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré Coeur. Rooms were small however and had no closet and only very limited storage space. Swimming pool is nice. Most interactions with staff were friendly. Breakfast was understaffed and service was not up to the level and price of the hotel. Location of the hotel is good for fast arrival from Gare du Nord or Gare de l’Est but not the best neighborhood and not directly connected to sights in the centre.

Stayed here in July 2025. Loved everything about the hotel. We only stayed for 1 night as we were leaving the next day but we wish we had stayed a few more nights to really enjoy the hotel! It’s not super close to the airport so that is the only thing to keep in mind! But hotel is amazing.

Really is an oasis in Paris (especially for being close to Gare Du Nord) - very clean, wonderful AC on a hot day, and polite staff. Would stay again if I needed to be close to the train station.

Great stay close to Gare de Norde

Very convenient to Gare de Norde. The hotel was amazingly quiet for being so close to the train station - tranquility in a very busy area. room and bed were comfortable and staff was great.

Its ok.... the rooms are ok. Clean very clean but honestly if you stay a week they don't clean your room till later in the afternoon which is no good if you want to come back after a hot day n shower... the room is ok but the beds are double (kinda expect a bigger bed for this price) and the bathrooms are sort of in the bedroom. The two things tho that got my goat were unfriendly staff and the area is dog rough. The quality of the breakfast was really very good. The cold water was a nice touch but again really small caraffe to put it in. Its trying but just needs some tweaks. 4 coathangers and the clothes are on a rail. 1 drawer. When we turned up afternoon on monday we were told restaurant shut and room service is only available when the restaurant is open. Bar staff are friendly. But i didn't find other staff friendly and when I phoned and asked for a loo roll (room hadn’t been cleaned and we ran out) nothing came. Luckily I found a cleaner trolley and got one myself. Its all little things bit i just expect more for the price.

Conveniently located. Easy to catch an Uber or the metro, or simply walk around. I didn't have time for a massage but enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub everyday, which stayed open until 10p.m. I had a few issues - safe got locked, electrical stopped working. They were solved fairly easily by staff, who were always very friendly but it is a little annoying and can impend on your plans - I didn't want to leave my room until the safe was unlocked for instance.

The room was lovely, staff were friendly and efficient and the pool spa area a real find-truely lovely. The area walking to the hotel from the train station is not great. Would definately stay here again. Great base to explore from with good transport links close by.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are bijou, and have a fascinating layout of having the sink of the bathroom in the room itself, with a modesty curtain you can pull around if you so choose. I have to say I'm not convinced by the "city view" of my balcony, but it was fun to be able to peer down over the outdoor eating area and see all my fellow residents as all balconies face into the same sheltered courtyard area. The pool and sauna are lovely, though the water was a little chill, but given it was 30 degrees when I went, I can't complain. There is a little gym with bikes and a rowing machine. I didn't have any meals at the property so cannot comment on that, but the bar was well stocked and had a relaxed atmosphere. Overall this is a nice oasis in north Paris, well served for public transport by being near Gare Du Nord and Gare De L'Est and a few different metro lines. Would stay again, but perhaps wouldn't spring the extra for the balcony!

Not my favorite part of Paris BUT 7 minute walk from Gare du Nord, great service, very clean and safe feeling! Not to mention they have connecting room options with a queen and two twins for families! We will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is well located for Gare du Nord and probably about 6+ other metro stations within a 10 minute walk. Restaurant and downstairs areas are really nice. Buffet breakfast was also reasonable at 22 euros each. All staff very nice and helpful. We were on the top floor with lovely decor and a nice balcony. The only issues i had was there was no functional wardrobe - only a bar with 4 hangers provided. There was also no drawers anywhere in the room - even in the bedside tables so was very difficult with 2 people staying for 5 nights. There was also no mini bar/fridge. I feel like there was room for this under the desk and would make a big difference to people as somewhere to keep snacks etc. Perfect hotel for a short weekend trip or if you need a base thats well connected to other places in paris. Dont think its the right place for longer trips. The area can also feel quite shady at night if youre a solo female traveller. I was with my husband so wasnt an issue for me but wouldnt have walked there alone at night if i was on my own.

Wonderful stay in Paris

Wonderful staff and a great location. Easy to take the metro into any area from here, was only about a 5-10 walk to a station. Pool and spa were wonderful as well!
