They get the basics right. Clean functional rooms with clean comfortable beds. Rooms are smaller (that kind of their thing? But setup well so it works for short stays.

Great location. Decor a bit funky, a bit too much so. Staff didn't help with our 4 pieces of luggage -- had to haul ourselves. Room VERY small, you need to enjoy watching your spouse brush their teeth because there's no way to avoid same. But all very clean.

One of the best hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Fabulous concept, state of the art rooms, gorgeous menu through the day, plenty of work space, gluten free and lactose free breakfast options beyond any I’ve ever seen. Big comfy bed, fluffy pillows, hot shower nice and big. 5 mins to LV store and 1 min Sephora and Marriott. Definitely stay here again!

Great Stay, Great location.
Great stay at the CitizenM Champs-Elysees. This was the first time trying this hotel chain and I was very impressed. While the room was a little smaller than anticipated, it was well thought out, and very efficient use of space. The location was excellent, and there were a lot of restaurant options within walking distance of the hotel. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful hotel in a very good location. Close to the metro and major shopping area. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was anazing! The coffee bar was a great touch to the already great breakfast selection! The room was a tad bit small but the king bed was very comfortable! Love the iPad that controlled all the room settings! Lovely roof top bar with a good view of the Eiffel Tower. Will definitely stay here again!

Just rooms are small. Everything else was perfect. The young lady from Croatia that was working the bar had the best customer service. I wish I could remember her name because she went above and beyond. Reward her!

This is my third time staying in this hotel. The hotel is right in the middle of Champs Elysees, in a really wonderful location. The room are very small, but they are very modern and efficiently designed. The rooms are clean and nice. The staff are very friendly. They offer some food and drinks in the top floor, where you will have a great view of the Eiffel Tower. Overall, great experience. That is why I returned for the third time.
