This hotel would not accept money. Shower drain was taken apart and left and we checked in late. Check out early and and we were uncomfortable using shower due to the drain.

This hotel was very interesting and fun to experience. The staff at Reception (Corazon) and at the bar (Max) were super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for a long layover at CDG, and the bed, pillows and room were EXTREMELY comfortable. Best night's sleep on the entire trip!

Citizen M is an incredibly uncomfortable place to stay. The lobby is dirty, the music is terrible and loud. The halls to the rooms are dirty. The room itself is more like a hostile. What an awful place to stay.

The hotel is an easy walk to the airport which is excellent. Generally it’s clean and great for just a commuter spot. The WiFi didn’t work almost the entire stay which was a huge bummer so overall I would rate that a mediocre experience. Additionally it’s nice that there are food options but the actual food was almost inedible.

Had a family emergency and had to cancel hotel room …tried to reach out to hotel and so did Expedia with no luck. They charged me full amount…will never stay again. Will never book again Don’t do it! So many other good hotel choices by the airport in France!!

Very nice and cozy hotel near CDG. Airport CDGVAL train is 5 minute walk from hotel so it’s very convenient. Also did not hear a lot of the planes so soundproofing is well done
